Levi’s, the rock solid traditional source for jeans has a great line of Eco Friendly or green jeans named Levi’s Eco Jeans. First introduced in 2006 as their organic denim jean line they have expanded the line over the last several years to include several choices for men and women. I personally like the Levi’s Eco low boot cut 527 jeans, which come in Eco Shadow. Since they are from organic cotton they are supremely soft and of coarse fit like the gold standard of the denim world. This year for Earth Day go green in style with Levi’s Eco jeans.
My wife went shopping over the weekend with a friend expecting their second child. This friend’s favorite brand of jeans is usually Seven Jeans, but as she tried all the different brands of designer jeans in the A Pea in the Pod store her perfect fit was Joe’s Jean Socialite secrete belly fit. She said the advantage over the other brands was the stretch in the fabric and the secrete belly fit band. Although these jeans can be pricey, she defends her purchase with the comfort factor. With her first pregnancy she bought many inexpensive pairs of jeans but couldn’t wear them due to there uncomfortable fit, so go ahead and splurge to nest that special pea in your jean pod.
I know I said the last post I wrote would be the finale of the tiger jeans mini series, but what series would be complete without including some picks that accessorize your jeans? I thought ending the series with three jeans posts would be like when The Sopranos ended with the screen going black, which just left me wanting more. If you are ready to rumble, let’s head back into the jungle and round up some accessories to finish your outfit. To pair with the women’s jeans I have selected a few options for footwear, including the Zoo York Women’s Tasmanian Skateboard Shoes, Corey Tiger 80′s black and orange tiger Stripe Keds, and tan tiger suede gladiator fringe open toe heel sandals.

For the gents I have two footwear options, one for the day time, the Maharishi Tiger Stripe Day Shoe, and for the night time the platinum Tiger Stripe shoes.
